CHOICE reviewed electricity retailers across their call response, complaints and environmental sustainability over the past 12 months and have named Enova as the best!
To come to this decision, CHOICE took into account details of some key energy market reports and feedback from a general public survey. And importantly, CHOICE only recommended energy retailers that got 85% overall for their score, 98% for complaints and 70% for both call response and green energy guide.
