Paper bills & eBills
We’re encouraging our customers to receive eBills because they’re better for the environment. However, if you’re not able to receive your bill via email we can make alternative arrangements with you.
When you provide us with an email address to receive your eBill, make sure it’s a personal address that you’re likely to keep for some time.
Remember, we’ll use this email to communicate with you, not just about your bill, but to notify you of special offers as well as any important changes to your plan or our service.

Understanding your Enova Energy bill
At Enova we want to put the power back in our customer's hands - to make sure everyone understands their bill and energy usage.
As part of industry regulations, we must present certain information and trust our bill design will help you better understand your usage charges.
Submitting a self-meter read in place of an estimate
In some circumstances, it is necessary for us to prepare your bill based on an estimated meter read. This can happen for customers with Basic / Accumulation meters where it hasn’t been possible to get an actual read from your meter. Sometimes the estimate may be inaccurate, leading to an inaccurate bill. Any inaccuracy in your bill will be adjusted in subsequent bills once an actual meter read can be taken.
