Paper Bills And eBills
We’re encouraging our customers to receive eBills because they’re better for the environment, but if you’re not able to receive your bill via email then we are happy to make alternative arrangements with you.
When you provide us with an email address to receive your eBill, make sure it’s a personal address that you’re likely to keep for some time.
Remember, we’ll use this email to communicate with you, not just about your bill, but to notify you of special offers as well as any important changes to your plan or our service.

Understand My Bill
At Enova we are doing our best to help our customers to understand energy and understanding your usage and associated costs is part of that. As part of industry regulations, we must present certain information and trust our design will help you better understand your usage charges.
Submitting A Self-Meter Read
Customers who have a Basic Meter (digital or analogue) can take photos of all registers which may be used to invoice the customer - as long as all photos are taken on the same day and are emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
This is particularly useful if you are subject to repeated missed meter reads (due to for example; a dangerous dog or a locked gate).
