Here at Enova we are doing everything we can to ensure the safety of our team and families. We are constantly focused on protecting the health and safety of our people whilst making sure we continue with reliable operations to continue to service our customers in the best possible way through this time.
Importantly, at this time, we are not seeing any indications of any interruptions to your electricity supply.
Enova Community Energy Operations
Like many organisations, we now have some team members working from home and some who have returned to the office. We now have measures in place to allow our operations to continue remotely, with team members able to work from home as required, ensuring minimum disruptions to you as the situations constantly change.
We are not receiving visits from external people into our office at this point in time, in order to protect the health and wellbeing of our team and their families, as well as to minimise the risk of our workplace becoming a source of infection that could impact the broader community.
Whist we love welcoming you into our offices here in Byron Bay, we would ask that if you were planning to visit us in person, that you contact us via phone or email instead.

- Provide you with advice and strategies to reduce future energy consumption.
- Make future energy bills easier to manage.
- Identify any additional assistance that you may be eligible for.
