Last year, we were proud and thrilled to be named the best electricity provider for customer service and sustainability by Choice for 2020

To come to this decision, Choice took into account details of some key energy market reports and feedback from a general public survey. And importantly, Choice only recommended energy retailers that achieved 85% or more overall for their score.

They have named us second in the category Best Energy Providers with a 5 out of 5-star rating.
